Gender Affirming Care Assessment & Letter

A one-session assessment and clinical document required by many insurance companies and surgeons to establish the medical necessity of procedures or treatments like hormone therapy or gender-affirming surgery. Letters can be provided via HIPAA compliant email and/or physical copy within 24 business hours.
