Out of Network reimbursement
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. You pay for sessions at the time of your appointment, and I provide a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. A  superbill is a detailed receipt provided after a session.
The amount you receive depends on your specific plan, deductible, and out-of-network coverage, so it's a good idea to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your benefits before starting therapy.
